Day 33 - London

Titling this post 'London' is possibly a little misleading; I can't claim we really saw very much of the capital.

How the day went was that we got up early and drove an hour to Cousin Sandra's in Dartford where we had brunch. There was a lot of conversation about the Olde Days and people who I don't know. Then we worked down to the Dartford railway station and took the 11.30 to Victoria Station. A smooth, uneventful trip, Then a short walk to Flight Club which is a 'social darts' venue and an hour and a half spent playing various darts games. Lynn won almost all ofnthe games whether she was playing on her own or paired with someone else.

After that we had lunch at the nearby Duke of York pub and then retraced our steps - the train to Dartford, a walk up the hill in the dark, a short stop at the house and then Tom drove us back, getting to Herne Bay around 7pm.
